The Injection Molding Screw and Barrel Branch has conducted in-depth research on material tribology and pioneered the "multi-layer gradient alloy cladding technology". In response to the strong corrosivity of special engineering plastics such as glass fiber reinforced and flame retardant materials, we have solved the industry pain points of traditional screws prone to wear and uneven plasticization by adjusting the golden ratio of screw pitch and compression ratio, coupled with special wear-resistant bushings.
